CEO – Alexander Pick

The company CEO Alex Pick has lived a life in music. Emerging from music school BIMM as a session artist, he enjoyed spells on piano and guitar with Girls Aloud, Enrique Iglesias, West Life, Ronan Keating, Delta Goodrem, Danni Minogue and Susan Boyle.

Alex formed the first Hotrox Band from the very best musicians he met on this circuit and has remained principle male vocalist for the company since its foundation in 2002.

As a producer and songwriter Alex has composed pieces for leading television advertising campaigns such as ‘The National Lottery’ and ‘BT’ and enjoyed the use of his work for jingles on MTV Dance, MTV Bass, CapitalFM, Kiss, Heart, XFM and BBC Iplayer. Overall, Alex is a pro musician working for pro musicians and takes the care of his artists and the quality of his events extremely seriously.

A much championed songwriter in his own right, Alex is the companies head of finance and strategy. With a decorated career as manager to the incredible House of Hats band, Alex also runs a production company who are currently undertaking major television advertising campaigns for Saatchi and Saatchi.

Head of Artist Management – Becca Hossany

Becca is in charge of our artist experience. Being a company run for artists by artists, the way these musicians are cared for and managed in every dealing with the agency is vital. She is the creator and founding member of The Shakedown Sisters and so knows exactly what our musicians need. The way we secure the very best musicians for your event every time is by ensuring that they feel valued and well looked after during every Hotrox experience. This is what Becca does better than anyone else.

Head Of Digital Media – Ryan Bradley

Ryan really is Mr Hotrox! Apart from CEO Alex Pick, Ryan is the longest serving Hotrox office member. Working his way up the company from apprentice level, Ryan is the only artist in the company to have completed contracts in three separate departments. Firstly as a sound engineer, then as a lead guitarist and finishing his journey as head of digital media, Ryan really is a born creative. Whether on stage or behind the cameras, Ryan is an incredible asset to The Hotrox Live Music Agency.

Jenni is the newest member of The Hotrox family and has already proven herself to be an invaluable member of the team. Running her own teaching business since graduating from BIMM with honors, Jenni now heads up operations and events for The Hotrox.
